It is the '77 Genta design 222 Jumbo and the ladies' version as well.

Very Rare, only 100 pieces were made with case and bracelet in solid 18 kt. yellow gold.

The ladies' version is quartz. Sold as pair, and will only consider selling separate with a very serious offer.
