Description
This is a VERY RARE jump hour watch by AHCI member Vincent Calabrese, the genius behind Corum's golden bridge.
Jump date around minute markers. Wandering jump hour mechanism is amazing to watch. The circle in the centre with the NHC (Nouveau Horlogerie Calabrese) logo rotates once every minute, acting like a seconds hand. Movement ETA 2892 based with clever modification to achieve the jumping hour and finely finished.
The dial has a wonderful floating and layered effect when viewed from the side (see photos). Distinctive lug design,
Hour markers are M (for midday/midnight), 1, 2, T (three), 4, 5, S (six), 7, 8, N (nine), 10, 11.
Case 40mm, and comes with original alligator straps and deployant clasp that has beautiful perlage on the inside.
Keeping perfect time and have tiny swirls from wearing. Rated a very conservative 90-95%.
