Is this a 1815 pt? I never knew lange made a LE for the 1815 b/f it was discontinued. Or is this another model? Am I missing something? Thanks.
Yes, this is the new 1815
that was released at SIHH 2009. The previous 1815 in Platinum had no L/E to it, but this new one is released in an L/E of 500 pieces. For your info the case diameter is 40mm, and the movement is a new one entirely made by Lange ( as opposed to the older o...

How about a look close-up? This is the RL in Platinum. It has centre seconds, as oppsed to the 1815 which has a sub-seconds dial. This movement was created for the sole purpose for supreme rate accuracy, and has a gyromax style balance wheel to assist in ...
