Even though i prefer the old version of the dial, this is imo the hottest watch in the world right now. Its so over-luxury, it doesnt matter how short the power reserve actually is. The sad thing is that you likely have to buy boring AP pieces (non ROs) to get yourself into position of buying this.

AP and PP don't develop a tungsten carbide bezel that would NEVER scratch. They would need to be diamond-brushed, but having a RO or Nautilus where the bezel never scratched would be SUCH a PLUS, rather than having to go back for a $2k refinish every few ...
You are so right... I own a few RADO's made from T-C and it really is scratch proof. And yes, the brushed finish may be the real challenge.
The one downside I can testify to is the weight. T-C is very heavy. All the best... HEO.
This is a stunning watch, and the platinum bezel is a real cherry for me.
I can deal with the hairlines. I would not change it out on this model. Thanks for your insight, Fx!
