Is it just an up to date picture or do you need a health check every time?

And to verify your information, as you are given the choice to keep using your previous photo, or have a new one taken. And no health check is required, but maybe they conduct them for people of older age? No clue, but can fill you in as time passes.

Prior to that, unless you use up all the points (seemingly like in most European countries), there’s no need to renew 😊
