Bill, would it be possible to integrate links to the older threads into these summaries? Footnotes perhaps.
Perhaps with the original thread title and date.
This could be a win win for all, as some will be happy with the summary thread but others will then be eager to dive into the full historical postings.
To add, one can’t reference all the original threads and so perhaps the agent should be instructed to rank those older posts (by comments, view count or other) and footnote the most notable (5, 10) of the original discussions.
