…your questions. Service is ok. Now, for me the best watchmaker I have ever dealt with is: Alkis Kotsopoulos at Swiss Watch Repair Co. 212 758-3224 in New York City. After years of suffering, in my experience, the awful service of Stern in NY and Geneva (Patek Philippe), Alkis changed my life with watches. He’s the only watchmaker who could ever adjust a Patek Philippe to run accurately, two of them in fact. Alkis honors his craft. I believe he only accepts high end pieces as he’s the Lange authorized watchmaker. But he’s the best I’ve known by far. LA WatchWorks somewhat restored a 1949 Rolex Oyster I own and their work was ok but nothing impressive. They seem to keep pretty busy.
