Horological Meandering

Ok, yes, Nakano, but don't let your search end there.

Tokyo is FULL of watch stores all over. Some are in Shinjuku, Ginza, Shibuya, and other areas too. Nakano has the biggest concentration of watch stores, but in my experience, vintage ones are quite limited overall, as they are in most watch stores. Do a Google search for vintage watches Tokyo and the like, and you will find articles and suggestions and websites, some specializing in vintage/antique watches. (Might be more in Japanese than in English) You will need to do some footwork. Tokyo is a paradise for watch hunting and shopping for new, used, out-of-prodution, vintage, antique. You will have a great time in my 2nd home town.
