What's with all these new releases with crowns at 4 o'clock?
Do they think this is a solution to replace crown guards? Personally, I find that position inconvenient and hard to operate.

I'm beginning to find any crown difficult to operate with watch on my wrist

You're a right-wrister like me...
doesn't that mean that you never even try to operate the crown when it's on your wrist anyway? I find it far too awkward, much easier to take the watch off.
I don't wear my watches long enough to have to use the crown while on the wrist...
They always come off at night and I rotate very often. That said, I even have an issue with operating the crown off the wrist. Not so much with conventional crowns at 3 o'clock.

I have one Silberstein with that triangular crown and it's so difficult and unpleasant to use I decided to keep it on a winder so that I don't have to! ...
