Do you know how the "raquetterie" / regulation of the Cal. 30T2 RG works ? I don't understand how to manipulate the +/- to set it (should I wish to, which is not the case, it is more for my personal knowledge) ?

...does 'refinished' mean 'altered'? I can see how getting dirt and spots off the dial are good, but I don't want anyone messing with the paint...
