The RG version was quite significantly
more expensive than the Steel, and the Pt even more so. It might be an explanation. RG was the right metal for me: I wanted the warm vintage charm. And I definitely wear it! Cheers.

I agree. Sometimes the white metals can appear cold.
I do like the richness and luster of rose and yellow gold. Although most of my watches are white gold or steel. Looks like I need to add more colored gold watches! More excuses to spend money!

What an absolute classic.
Bi-compax dress chronographs are a weakness of mine. This Cornes de Vache is one of the most beautiful with an exquisite movement. Congratulations on the 20k milestone!!
