Brothers and sisters, Longines at it's best service.

Aloha amigos and gringos. Not sure if some followed, there was a bad story about newly bought Longines Heritage 1935 over two months ago.
Last night "ze baby" returned from Geneve with a heart transplanted after two months in Geneve HQ clinic.
I don't want to tell the whole "mother-in-law story". It was bad, indeed.
Watch stopped running, stuck. It was under warranty. A friend of mine went to AD over here and gave the watch to kinda strange AD service guy who just took a "fork" and opened case saying - 50 euros and I will change a wheel that you replaced by a ding. #@?!';_!!! actually that was exactly said by me when my friend told the story on the phone.
Unluckily for local AD I was not lazy to find HQ to explain "whole this"
No more mother-in-law stuff. Longines team in Geneve was highly professional from the beginning till the end of a dispute. They paid shipping to HQ after later diagnosis they informed about decision to change whole movement and give extra 24 months of warranty. They paid shipping back and both licenses for alligator strap export that took 4 weeks of waiting from both ends.
This is not a high end watch. It's not. But it has a spirit.
Guys, I don't want to publish names of Longines staff here who were in contact with me. It was best experience I have ever had.
While watch was away a Swiss army ammo from 1950's became a strap made by a French guy name Nicolas who decided to change his own Paris for his own Thailand.
