The Duometre in steel and platinum

Platinum one with salmon dial and it would be moonphase with monopusher chronograph .

Do you have some informations or is this a guess?

 By: amanico : February 14th, 2024-21:48

 By: proestak : February 15th, 2024-03:36

To justify the price increase. :)))

 By: amanico : February 15th, 2024-08:12

Perhaps a steel Duometre priced higher than the prior gold ones?

" The Milky way ". ;)

 By: amanico : March 8th, 2024-16:54

The new $$ per jewel pricing strategy :-)))

 By: Horo_Traveler : March 8th, 2024-13:05
And if they follow their Richemont sister brands it may get worse… after it gets worse, with organs per jewel service costs.

ROFLMAO!

 By: amanico : March 8th, 2024-16:59

It is !

 By: Alfihar : February 15th, 2024-16:58

Yep!

 By: amanico : February 16th, 2024-09:51

Now in rhodium plating instead of Maillechort?

 By: indignantdenial : February 14th, 2024-20:18
I am intrigued to see what they release...

No, I think you cannot rely on this photo...

 By: amanico : February 14th, 2024-20:56

Yes we can ;-)

 By: Alfihar : February 15th, 2024-16:59

Hehehe!

 By: amanico : February 15th, 2024-22:20

My guess is a smaller duometre

 By: TeutonicCarFan : February 14th, 2024-20:38

ha that would be welcome!

 By: VinnieD : February 14th, 2024-21:01
Never thought about a Duometre because I know it is too large for me at the current size

An amazing piece of kit but….

I would be worried that anyone except JLC would be able to service it in 20-30 years. And JLC and monopoly pricing don’t go well. When I had vintage JLC the bi annual upkeep was an absolute killer.
That’s what pushed me ultimately to sell my London Edition JLC and to buy a VC Traditionnelle small seconds.
I wanted a movement that was ultimately serviceable outside of the OEM for generations to come.

The Duometre can be serviced by JLC only. At a certain price, for sure, but not the most expensive brand, on that matter.

This is true

 By: E in PA : February 14th, 2024-21:34

Yep.

 By: amanico : February 14th, 2024-21:42

True… 1800€ the screw 😂😂😂
