There are two ways to create a Fifty Fathoms: You pay an homage to the vintage, and here there is a lot to say... Or you take your distances with the original and you make a totally different and innovative one. 

... or should I say tool / instrument. It helps to understand Blancpain and it's management. So many people cry for non-limited ~40mm FF, but for many reasons this is likely not going to happen... and for the same reasons they created something like this, which was not seen before and not many brands, if any, would pull off!

Otherwise I would have been in great troubles when reflecting about funding my GP Tourbillon. Until now I don’t miss the Deepsea JC. So it was a good decision! 😎

Do you have any information that there is any successor in sight, mon ami?
My dream would be this marvel perhaps a tad smaller (maximum 47-48mm) with a GMT function.
