You never had a chance of getting the 5270g serviced in 5mo. The last 5270 I had serviced took almost a year. I would, additionally, not be surprised if due to the COVID-19 pandemic your watch ended up back in Switzerland if it hasnt already.
Definitely needs serviced. The wheel and mechanism are out of alignment and are not cycling through correctly. Depending on where you are located I am happy to take it in from you and send it back to Patek. But I see you bought it from Govberg so if you are in Philly area it might be best to take it
