I think these limited editions are designed to strengthen brand equity. Can't fault Lange for that, even if as consumers it is not always a good result.
there is a photo of the movement but not one of the case back because if there was one it would show that the movement would be better suited to a 37 or 38mm case rather than a 40mm case.
...ooh...look at that great thing I can't afford. And if I can afford it I can't have it. Their standard line is getting a bit stale...
I love the copper blue but the 40mm case turned me off. At 37mm it would have been a home run in my eyes.
