Hello,

I may be the most fanatical Akriva fan there is but I wanted share this as it was just posted just a few hours ago.

Making a real play to be Dufour's successor with this.

The almost linen dial in gold is likely to be outstanding in person. Of course, Dufour's daughter is apparently coming along and hopefully will bring out her own simplicities in a few years. Meanwhile, I'm sure Rexhep's teacher and friend François-Paul Journe must be super proud.

Absolutely.

And with all the hype around the brand, journe must be very proud as he is certainly the master. The movement is similar, though clearly different from the original CC. I also don't see a flirt and star wheel.

I think he hid the star wheel train between dial

Lovely dial texture

Perhaps. But if that's the case, it is very unusual to have a dead beat with a sub-second.
