Audemars Piguet Japan generously invited watch lovers to the opening event of its re-located Ginza Boutique, which is far bigger and better than the previous one.  Wonderful place to relax and enjoy, while we all can feel and appreciate the weight of the history it has.

New boutique is located in the busy area in Ginza.

Entering the boutique, you see the "bar counter" where there are usually stools and you can look at the screen showing La Brassus.

Behind the screen is like "salon"...

... and very roomy relaxing space....

From the outside....

Under the showcase is artistic stones, like Japanese garden...

One of the watches on the showcase.

Other display cases...

Mr. Jonathan King, CEO of Audemars Piguet Japan making speech to welcome guests.

Mr. William Deuel, Retail Director & Education Asia Pacific.

With Mr. King is the Boutique Manager, Mr. Motokazu Kure.

Some of the watches of the guests.

TWO original 5402ST!

Show cases.

=======================================================================

And the present for the guests are.....

Something and Offshore catalog.

The wood box says "Mt. Fuji"....

???

Glass shapes like a mountain....

And "AP" logo on the bottom - cool smile

Ah!  Yes, this looks quite like the Mt. Fuji with snow on top, very funny.

Thank you:
Mr. and Mrs. Jonathan King, CEO of Audemars Piguet Japan
and all the staff of AP Japan and Ginza Boutique.

The guests had a wonderful time - the new boutique is much better than the previous one!

Please read on for the MUSEUM PIECES brought from Swiss for this occasion!

Really cool new boutique...

Congrats to AP on the new boutique. It looks great! So that's where Mr. Deuel has been hiding... His presence in America has been missed.

You were treated to a wonderful selection of museum pieces as well. Fo me, one of the best parts of your post was seeing the infamous Will Deuel! Will, if you are reading, we miss you here in the US! Hope to see you soon my Friend :-)
