It measures 30 x 39,2. This is more manly than the Basculante but still elegant on my 6,7 inches wrist. I wouldn't like it bigger - and I also have 47mm Panerai
I had the chance to own a rare Cartier Tank Basculante in steel made specifically for the French market with a see through back. I don\'t know if yours has this specificity but it was a subtle detail I really loved with mine. Below a very bad shot (sorry!) of it Best wishes Alkiro
