Today I had a chance to try the new 'Santos-Dumont' in steel,
but now with the mechanical 430MC mechanical caliber.
(case size: 46.6mm x 33.9mm, height of 7.5mm thick)
Despite the name XL, I think the watch looks perfect on my 18cm wrist.
What do you guys think?

I’m also considering one of the new revealed dumont limited editions, especially the platinum one is really interesting. Still trying to find out how it would look on my wrist though...

In case I would pull the trigger on the platinum L size instead of XL, my wrist I believe is 17 cm or something like this... Grazie amico mio Luca

Your Octo Finissimo is much larger. I am surprised the XL fits so well on my 18cm wrist. The way the strap is attached to the case is unbelievable good. GEO

The way the strap is attached to the case is renewed, the strap fits very tied and you can't feel the lugs at all. I thought it was just perfect, compared to the quartz versions last year. GEO
