Mo recently coined an excellent article on the "Exit Brand". Myself include, have been extremely taken with the work done at the DB. 11 years in the making, now much revered. A blend of technology and design have quite captured everyone's imagination. A photologue and a tribute to the great artisan

...if you have driven past that sign and you are still on the highway! :-) That is indeed a sublime watch. But you already have it. Isn't an 'exit brand' the one that takes you out of the collecting game? Or do you mean that it is the brand that you will now stay with, having found all that you want in that brand, so that the other brands now seem lacking somehow? Cheers, pplater.
This DB25 could really be a last one for sure, but Zanetta and Flageollet keep on doing better and better.... Congratz and thanks for the pics flamenco! Cheers, Mark
that are fast exiting my bank account. Exiting the bedroom cos the wife found out the real sticker price ... Bold , daring ... bordering on controversial .... my poor heart , thus my exit. Exiting the mundane and into a higher state of consciousness ! Its been hard to lay my eyes on anything else since ...
A great fear , my dear friend and fellow advocate. A fear of Basel Fair , a fear of sleepless nights post novelties. Do I see a starry sky .... where I reside tonight ..... Weak hearted ... Star Strucked
In my case it's the DB27 and it has become my go to daily-wearer. It is just so comfortable, so versatile and just so... pleasurable! It's very indulgent and I feel guilty about the hairline scratches all over that mirror-polished case but I just can't stop wearing it!! Past experience would suggest that this won't last forever but this feels different. I can't wait to see what eventually unseats this
"having found all that you want in that brand, so that the other brands now seem lacking somehow" is exactly how I feel...
