I bought the WW TC in 2002, and it was my first Girard Perregaux. This model was in white gold.

I sold it in 2005, but it is still in my mind.

What about you?

Best,

Nicolas

Not sure when I bought it, but I suppose almost 20 years ago. I donโ€™t wear it that often anymore, but stil a pleasure. If you compare to today prices, you get a lot better f value! Dirk

The Sea Hawk II with steel bracelet was my first Girard-Perregaux. I sold it almost exactly two years ago to fund my Moser Perpetual Purity. The GP just hadnโ€™t got enough wrist time anymore. By the way: The wearing comfort was excellent. Best Thomas

20 years old. It still looks fresh and modern. It has a timeless design for sure. And you are right: the value compared to the costs was unbeatable. Best Thomas

Fell in love with the carbon fiber dial. First GP of five I've had the pleasure of owning. Still have this and one other special GP that I wear very often.

Few months ago, a fellow member told me it was a good investment, and the resale value went up. I bought it, knowing well the resale value is bad on a GP. I went to check on chrono24 from time to time out of curiosity. It seems all listings are gone now for that piece. The last price offered was 30% more than what I paid for it. The market has gone mad I think. It is just a simple integr
