Let me introduce you the French independent Florent Lecomte. This is his first series of 10 watches and I got the number 1.
The base movement is a unitas but as you can see it is completely modified, in fact kudos to those that still recognize the Unitas smile
I love it, the looks, the finishing, the very low production

So this is a pretty safe purchase. If they can't survive you will still be able to get it worked on somewhere. Enjoy your rather unique watch.
