A skeleton watch makes me want a skeleton fountain pen!!!
I'm using a Louis Cartier Fountain Pen (in addition to my Montblanc) now. The large nib is very nice and has some flexibility. I really like larger nibs with a lot of big metal (I'm referring to the nib itself, not the F/M/B size) and larger feeds (6mm to 9mm).
Is this a 144/145 size or is it a 146 size? If you have a picture of the pen uncapped, I can make that determination for you. I really like my 146. What a great size and what a great nib. The "6" in 146 denotes a 6mm wide feed and it's a No. 6 size nib (this sizing is not related to the F/M/B size, it's the size of the whole gold piece, not the size of the tip). The 144/145 nib is a "4" or "5" size nib and I think they have a 4mm feed.
I know we have an external link policy which I've always respected. But if this survives moderation, check out time stamp 29:20 in this video to actually hear my recording of the Minute Repeater Multi Axis: Best, Tim
Thanks for sharing Tim ☀️ Would love to see some more videos on neo-vintage for GP pieces. These 36 mm and 38 mm pieces are mh favorites. Laureato 8010 2499
