KMII's initial post highlights the distinctive German silver dial of the Laine Silver Spur, a feature that sets it apart from the brand's more common guilloché offerings. This article delves into KMII's appreciation for the watch's unique aesthetic and practical lumed elements, underscoring the charm and thoughtful execution often found in independent watchmaking.

Here forming the dial of the Laine Silver Spur (the cronotepVs version). It has a very different appeal from their guilloche’d dials but one that really works for me.

As a small surprise, the hands are lumed and there are small, almost invisible dots at the hour markers, so if you power it up with a phone torch it will remain legible throughout a full night.

The charm of small, independent creations 😊🇫🇮

I think Laine does a great job with these references! Your combo is a good example! Lovely strap pairing as well! Enjoy my friend

As said, time for the cashmere to take a rest 😁👍🏻

Fortunately there’s leather, too 😁 Glad you like the combination (blue stitching and straps ides to match the hands) 👍🏻🙏🏻

Totally while the grey of the strap match the dial 👌

Sometimes…

Straps match wonderfully with watches, even when purchased years prior for a completely different piece 😁😂
