I purchased this watch yesterday and I must admit that I am not a IWC buff but I do adore this watch very much. I love that it is 40mm which is the absolute perfect size for me. The aqua dial is also lovely, subtle and quirky with the grid pattern.

I know it is a bit controversial and quite a bit disdain towards it but I honestly love it for what it is.
I do wish they kept the old logo and wordmark style on the dial and while the crown guards feels authentic on this piece, I do think that they are unnecessary, but that is not the biggest issue at all, if there are any besides the price.

The bracelet is fantastic and the watch feels great on the wrist. My only issue now is that I might have to complete the Genta design-tree family or my OCD might make me crazy.

Beautiful watch and a very fun watch that will get a lot of wrist time from me.
