Jaeger-LeCoultre Amvox I Memovox British Racing Green

Friends,
Just thought to share some pics, about the Easter Season,
and a watch which more recently had arrived in my stables.

Easter ( for those who celebrate it), in Central Europe, is
around the Spring Equinox, and marks the farewell of winter,
and gradual arrival of warmer days;

- also as a symbol of re-starting of nature, time of blossoming flowers,
of a fresh new beginning,

I would like to chip in some pics of a JLC classic sportswatch,
sharing DNA with the Polaris ( case, size), and first of a series
of LGM watches, as hommage of a collaboration between JLC
& Aston Martin, the Amvox Series.

It had happened, that at the time, when this Amvox I Memovox
was released, I in part had missed it and in part
wasn't that much convinced yet;

- But meanwhile, after seeing it on some friends and also here,
its strong, no- nonsense, almost bold design had been growing
in me, and I specifically was after a special color scheme of it:

My target was the one in Ti, with the dial main color in green,
( hommage to British Racing Green, probably), a black
" waffle type" center and yellow color accents of the inner
Minuterie and the outer seconds/ minute scale.
