Sterile, as there is zero wording on the dial and on the sapphire glass, on this watch. Which reinforces its powerful character and its mystery. Like some military watches from the past! Here are some fresh pictures. A bit forgotten in my collection, I have to confess. Best, Nicolas

If only it has a screwdown caseback instead of screws...that is the only reason that has kept me from buying one. Thanks for the cool pics my friend, Alex
How long ago was this released Nicholas? I do wonder, in current times, would the watch have to have the branding, as the general public seem to be so focussed on branding? I think it is awesome.
I hope we will see the compressor crowns make a comeback in some form. They are as cool as they are unique. Best Christian
Hi Nico, Such a powerful presence with its under-the-radar appearance. It is a strong, sporty series of watches with a higher level of machismo than the current offerings. I love mine but, as you, tend to wear it too seldom. I think I’ll actually give it a shot today. Best, Claus
for an updated Compressor series: only 2 crowns for all, strap-change mechanism incorporated, come with bracelet and rubber and alligator (whether articulated rubber or steel bracelet, depending on metal), etc., etc., etc., all in a 43mm case. -Dean
