Amanico provides an insightful look into the Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Ultra Thin Date, tracing its evolution from its 2014 debut to the 2019 SIHH update. This post highlights the subtle yet significant design changes, particularly in case dimensions and dial aesthetics, that keep this elegant timepiece relevant for collectors.

IWC. Patek, Rolex, Breitling etc I know which I would get. Every time I think I've decided which JLC to get I change my mind, with limited funds I can't get them all. The MUT is definitely one of my choices. I may have as much trouble when it comes time to pick out a Mont Blanc also.
The simpler, the better, for me, when it comes to the Master Ultra Thin... Best, Nicolas
when JLC will update the movement with the new 70h power reserve? Best Yiannis
I really like my 8 days, but anything lower and without a power reserve indicator does not present much interest. I see it as the last fashion more than anything. I wind up my MUT everyday as I know I have to and I am fine with that. Best, É.
in fact the MUT seconds sub-dial version st 38,5 mm - compelling version I guess ! Best, Mahesh.,
however I prefer the indices on my MUT Date 40mm. The 9 and 3 tips form a perfect circle when connected to the top of the date window and the bottom of the applied JL. A circle within a circle. It's subtle, but I measured it and it's truly sublime. -Dean
