Today I meet with an old friend.
On his wrist was the new Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Classic Large Duoface in Steel, reference 3 838420 .
Very nice classic looking Reverso!
The front has a Guilloche centre and the day and night indicator.
On the back, the Home Time dial is not really black.
More dark grey, multi-level dial with “Clous de Paris” pattern.
In the centre you see the ball bearing oscillating weight which tells you that this watch has an automatic movement inside.
The Calibre 969.
Must say that I find this new version of the Reverso Duo very refreshing!
And another new and nice detail is the folding buckle.
The logo is now on top of the buckle, much like the buckle JLC use on their high end watches.

.. also like the "Clous de Paris", which increase the optical effects of the Shades of Grey.. Even more fascinating is the blue "sky" with its stars by the Aventurine dial ! My only current little dilemma is, that I also really love the blue accents the Reverso Tribute Duo ! .. And yes, really a lot !! The Verso side of Reverso Classic Large DuoFace Here the combo with the Aventurine dial Here the ĂĽber cool Recto side of the Tribute Duo. Thus we realize, not an easy choice ! Thx for your share,
