In 2016, Jaeger Lecoultre unveiled a delicious version of the Reverso Duo, the Tribute Duo, in steel. GT Case, which is for the Reverso fans one of the best size, and a very smart trigger, hidden at 6 o' clock, to change the dual time.

Charm, beauty and functionality.

This year, Jaeger Lecoultre launched the rose gold version. Same case size, of course, but a different personality, in this metal.

The two dials are very well adapted to the rose gold case, I have to say, and the whole watch is very pleasant. I would qualify it a jewel. More than the steel version.

Here they are, side by side.

I noticed that it is the 5th time in one year and a half that I see the Reverso Tribute Duo in steel. And each time my heart beats faster.

Maybe it will be time to get one!

If only I didn't have this damn Duometres to get!

Which one is your favorite?

Best,

Nicolas

Both are great but steel over gold!

I feel the Steel will be the large winner, here. ;) [nt]

Steel for sure! Beautiful pieces.

I always feel that the reversos were designed with functionality in mind (polo) and Hereford they don't make sense in precious metals. But in Steel this watch is a real winner!

True that, but the gold version has a lot of charm, and due to its proportions, it works in a quite convincing way. [nt]

The rose gold doesn't have the charm of the steel version

And the blue face does not work very well in RG imho. My vote for the steel!

Blue face for the steel, brown for the rose gold, mon ami. [nt]
