Actually, I have to tell you that being a PuristSPro mod is a very dangerous position. I saw this watch because I wished to write a review about it. After having handled it, I wrote the review (to be published here soon...) and I felt in love with it. So I bought it... this is the most expensive review I have ever made, LOL!!! I hope it will not occur another time.

Anyway, let's come back to the interesting point: my new Lange watch is a Grand Lange One Luminous.

I am very happy with it for several reasons:

- we are celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Lange One and I didn't have a member of the Lange One family in my collection (yes, I have to be blamed)
- this watch is far from being the fav watches for Lange fans... what makes it very attractive! More seriously, I love it because it embodies an unusual design for a Lange watch with a more "relaxed" approach
- the Grand Lange One dial lay-out received a lot of critics due to the overlapping circles but it works very well in this more "sportive" design.
- it left the collection at the end of 2007 and I sill consider it as one of the most contemporary watches ever made by Lange
- my first 3 Lange watches have a silver/light dial so purchasing a black one brings fresh air to my collection!

No doubt it will happen, again... But at least, we know what we buy. You surprised me, as I was expecting a rose gold tic tac. Congrats, it is a daring addition, because, as you said, this is not the most consensual Lange. But at least, it goes out of the beaten paths. I much prefer it to the Lange Lumen. Enjoy! Nicolas
