But I don't think it's such a secret. A little googling and following a few articles will lead you to the answer.

As I remember it, Christian Ferrier (son of Laurent) worked at Fabrique du Temps (high end movement maker) prior to coming on with LF. A couple of the movements were designed while he was at FDT, rough CNC'd there, then finished and assembled at LF, while a couple of the other movements were designed at LF (likely by Christian as well), CNC'd at FDT, then finished and assembled at LF.
