Geo's initial post introduces the Laurent Ferrier Classic Micro-Rotor 'Salon des Horlogers Edition,' a limited stainless steel model with a two-tone blue sector dial. This article delves into the community's first impressions and technical inquiries surrounding this exclusive timepiece. Geo's detailed images and early insights provide a crucial foundation for understanding this significant release from the independent watchmaker.

From its establisment in 2009, I have a soft spot for Independent watchmaker Laurent Ferrier and especially for their models with Micro-Rotor. I am thrilled that the brand has just unveiled the "Classic Micro-Rotor - Salon des Horlogers Edition", a stainless steel sporty-chic wristwatch with a two-tone blue sector dial. Two years in the making, and really limited to just 25 pieces. This exclusive edition was created in collaboration with Salon des Horlogers - the Geneva-based retailer of luxury independent watchmakers.

Like you I have a soft spot for LF, mainly due to its ties to Patek, their minimalist yet elegant aesthetic and how beautifully constructed the micro rotor movement looks. Thanks for sharing this piece with us Geo. Best Gatsby

Am I the only one confused by its position? 🤔🤔🤔🤔 The watch makes me think to the FPJ bleu😎

I love LF and the micro rotor movement. Just curious, it is the regular micro rotor movement? With how long it took to create, wondering if that was just for the dial?

Beautiful as always!

I think it slightly surpasses the sector dial LE that was made for Revolution & The Rake in 2020. Though I do slightly prefer the vertical 3 and 9.

I believe just the dial is new
