Since I have it back home, I have a dilemma, and a pretty sweet one to have, I must admit. I finally found a new old stock dial. But... Is it worth mounting it on it, or is it better to find another DSA US, to mount it? As often, asking is answering. I put it aside, rather than installing it. Why? B
I'd leave it as it is. Best, Martin
Why ? You already wrote the answer in your post. If you change it, i think you'll only notice this mismatch each time you look at your watch. About the intact luminous indexes. May i ask you a question. How many times will you enjoy the luminous indexes ? I guess you spend more time looking at it during day time than evening or night time. For this reason, i prefer a coherent patina rather than intact luminous indexes. But it's just my opinion. Enjoy this beauty and have a great weekend ! Fabio
.....consistency of patina stands above all and "it can not be made"
for the reasons you gave yourself. br, Dirk
This one has it. Now, the mis match bothers me. Thanks for your feedback, Fabio. Much appreciated. Nicolas
.. DSA ! Ahhmm.. Just if you\'ll get one & may consider parting from the "new/old", give me a call, pls ! Enjoy your treasure in the box, time & fate will tell .. Cheers & Best, hs
