Today I finally picked up my new Villeret timepiece at my local Montblanc boutique. It is a beautiful Seconde au Centre Retour a Zero in white gold produced in an edition of 8 pieces (41mm).
The movement is a superb Minerva Caliber 13.18, hidden beneath a hinged cuvette with special release mechanism. It features a zero-reset-function which works like a permanently running chrono.
The dial is of solid 18 K gold with hand-crafted silver-plated circular-grained decoration. The sapphire crystal is domed on the case.

To me a pure beauty and I am so happy that I was able to get this watch smile

Thank you - indeed it is a very complex set up and it seems to be a lot of work to polish these edges and angles to perfection [nt]

A very beautiful watch with interesting complication... CONGRATS

Also a very unique strap layout... I can’t think of seeing anything like that before.

me neither - they did for a few models and the strap consists of four parts as you can guess when you see it [nt]
