In a forum often dominated by haute horlogerie, als1678 opens a compelling discussion on Nomos Glashütte, questioning whether their minimalist aesthetic and value proposition can evoke the same emotional excitement as more traditional luxury brands. This article explores the community's diverse perspectives on Nomos, highlighting why this German manufacture, even lauded by figures like Philippe Dufour, might be underrepresented yet deeply appreciated by collectors.

Excellent value for money, minimalist bauhaus design, well done in-house movements, simply perfect for a daily user imo. Of course it does not compete with high horology but it doesn't have that ambition. In its segment I believe it is a very good offer and yours looks great, congrats .
Geneva stipes, gold chantons, hand engraved cock, genuinely unique movement, great finishing all around.
In fact, a Nomos is my latest arrival! This is the, let's see... sixth Nomos I've owned. Yeah, I think that qualifies me as a fan.
For me it have nothing more than it is a watch brand. I discovered my love for barok, so engraved and guillouched peaces have an attraction on me. Breguet is a brand that says me more than Nomos. Compared to cars, i want a Bugatti not an Opel.
My Boss is a proud owner of a Club Campus . Love it
I’ll be honest I did not know about this one and I am really impressed, thanks for your insight
