TeutonicCarFan kicks off 2025 with a significant acquisition, adding the highly anticipated white dial Omega Speedmaster Professional to his collection. His detailed initial impressions, including comparisons to other contenders like the IWC Ingenieur and FIOS, offer valuable insights for collectors considering this iconic chronograph. This article delves into TeutonicCarFan's rationale and the community's reception of this striking new reference.

Started 2025 with a bang ❗️I was thinking of getting another bracelet watch as my next because I am increasingly casual. I was between this, the new FIOS and the Ti ingenuir. This dial just made me want to have it. I did like the IWC as I don’t have a Ti bracelet, but the cost is almost double this one and the movement is a little lacking. In addition I never had a speedmaster professional, my speedmaster is an automatic. So far loving it on the wrist. Winding is a little stiff, but expected. The white lacquer dial with black indicators and splashes of red is great. I had the boutique throw in a nato.
Really nothing on my radar for 2025. Waiting to see if VC releases a traditionelle that I like in platinum. Maybe something fun from Minerva.

Some pics,
Kevin

I really like the black dial hesalite variant. Which I blame two of our members for urging me to buy.
