Nicolas (amanico) highlights the Ulysse Nardin Marine Tourbillon and Marine Torpilleur as commendable examples of the brand's recent offerings, contrasting them with other designs. He praises their aesthetic appeal and, in the case of the Tourbillon, its competitive pricing for a grand feu enamel dial and tourbillon complication. This post invites the community to discuss these specific models and their place within Ulysse Nardin's contemporary collection.

Why not view the tourbillion from the rear?
Not be that hard to implement.
In fact, probably my two favorite UN timepieces. Darren
The only thing I would change on the tourbillon Is I always thought it looked a bit boring with all the components being mostly silver looking which does not bring much dimension when looking at it from the front! An open tourbillon should feel like “wow” when looking at the dial opening and this one never quite grabs the attention like it should. Anyone else finding this?
