There aren’t enough superlatives to describe this watch, it’s truly stunning IMO. I switched it to the blue leather strap and it looks equally impressive. While I have checked it accuracy, anecdotally I can state that it keeps very good time.
I hope those of you who are celebrating Thanksgiving, have a wonderful time with family and friends! Those of you who don’t , have a great weekend!

About the Vacheron Constantin Overseas Ref. 4500V

The Vacheron Constantin Overseas reference 4500V is a contemporary interpretation of the brand's integrated bracelet sports watch, positioned as a versatile daily wear option within its high horology offerings. It represents a key model in the third generation of the Overseas collection, emphasizing robust construction and refined finishing.

This reference typically features a stainless steel case measuring 41mm in diameter and approximately 11mm in thickness, equipped with a screw-down crown and a transparent case back revealing the movement. It is powered by the in-house Caliber 5100, an automatic movement beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour, offering a power reserve of approximately 60 hours. The watch is distinguished by its six-sided bezel, inspired by the Maltese cross, and an integrated bracelet system with quick-change functionality for straps.

For collectors, the 4500V is notable for its blend of technical sophistication and practical wearability. Its Geneva Seal certification attests to the movement's exceptional quality and finishing. The quick-change strap system, allowing for easy interchangeability between the steel bracelet, leather, and rubber straps, enhances its appeal as a versatile luxury sports watch.

Looking really sharp, Larry so I’m guessing that you’re getting better than eight seconds per day which is where they guaranteed to be at the minimum from a rate perspective?

Good to know I was disappointed with mine as it was running 8 to 10 seconds per day and VC did not want to touch it. I know for many this is acceptable but for me it just keeps driving me nuts

Yaco, I’d like to think, that is the case. I have a 41mm AP RO ( granted it’s 12 yrs old ) and it’s never been this accurate.

Thanks for the feedback Larry. It’s really fantastic. I’m actually considering the old-time version as well.
