Description

 1815 Chronograph Flyback A. Lange & Söhne, Glashütte, 18K white gold wristwatch with square button fly-back chronograph, register, pulsometer and an 18K white gold A. Lange & Söhne buckle. Accompanied by a certificate, manual, and inner and outer boxes. Case is 39mm in diameter, polished and brushed white gold with no blemishes except hairline scratches from shirt sleeves, rounded bezel, transparent case back with 6 screws, sapphire crystals. Dial is made of Solid silver with painted Arabic numerals, subsidiary dials for the seconds and instantaneous 30-minute registers, outer pulsometer graduation. Blued steel alpha hands. Movement is Langes Cal. L 951.0, Glashütte 3/4 plate in German silver, fausses cotes decoration, 34 jewels including 4 in screw mounted gold chatons, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions.

comment Maybe there was some mix-up. This watch, which John is selling here, is actually what I sold him a few weeks ago. He has the one in front of him, in very mint condition - lightly buffed by Alkis right after the trade, and the photo is genuinly of his. I am sure John will post another photo later. Ken
