The first ever Double Rattrapante Chronograph. This watch features: Black colored solid silver dial & silver sub-dials, with Applied Roman Numeral & Index Hour Markers. Double split means that both the seconds & minute hand can split & maintain a separate 30 minute counter from the original. Traditional split watches only have a split second - which allows for timing an additional increment of up to 60 seconds. This watch allows for an additional timing of up to 30 minutes. Chronograph movement with flyback function - allowing the stop-watch to be instantaneously restarted for continuous timing, without having to stop, reset and then restart the chronograph. Furthermore the minute hand of the chronograph jumps in 1 minute increments rather than continuously moving - this allows for accurate reading of the timing function. The movement has 40 jewels & beats at 21,600 vph. The movement has an approximate power reserve of 36 hours.

Excellent condition. Miild swirls and signs of light wear are visible on close inspection, likely unpolished. Complete set including original box and papers. Tang buckle.
