This is an Audemars Piguet StarWheel, 18K, 36mm. I bought this in 2002 in London. It was lightly worn. Comes with box & papers. I have a big hand and wrist, so the original band (included) was never used. Comes with both bands. Serviced recently in January 2012 by AP -- see attached letter with 24-month warranty.
