Blancpain 7002 in GOLD (only 20 made)

FS: Blancpain 7002 in GOLD - true unicorn, only 20 ever made, first I have seen - Chronometer, incredible movement

The 7002 is a cult watch for great reason - a throwback to the great chronometre pieces of the past

Movement finish so nice it's literally the subject of an article called "The ABCs of watch finish"

There are multiple variations in steel (white dial, black dial, blue dial) and estimated around 500-1,000 made in total, maybe more.

- Up until recently, I did not even know any were even made in gold!

There are a lot of watches advertised as "rare" but aren't really - this is truly rare, the real deal

- 20 made, total, period. Made as a limited edition in gold and only sold at Wempe.

This comes on the original Blancpain strap with the Blancpain signed gold tang buckle.

Also comes with the Blancpain heavy wooden box, the outer box, instruction manual, warranty info manual (but not the original Blancpain stamped warranty), and a stamped warranty card from the dealer who sold it in 2007. Please see pictures for what it comes with.

Watch itself is a stunner - 36mm gold with applied romans and a two level dial. But I keep coming back to the movement - you usually find this in pieces 2-3 times the cost or more.

Condition: - I will call it 92% officially to be conservative (not new, minimal wear) but no major dents or dings and very clean. Keeping spot on time as well.
