Deriving from its name "Remontoir d'Elite avec Second Morte we see the Deadbeat or Dead seconds part of the Remontoir or easier way to explain its Constant force escapement. This is important as is a part of the watch ability to keep accurate time. This is to control the mainspring to the escapement of the watch. Releasing energy in constants of seconds instead 


Watch is complete with box and papers has been worn and shows sign of slight wear, Not had an issue with this timepiece since 2005 and has never been polished.
