IWC Portuguese Automatic 5000-01

As beautiful a watch it is, it just doesn’t get enough wristtime. Hence, up for your consideration: IWC 7 days Portuguese, ref. 5000-01, limited edition of 1000 pieces in stainless steel, issues by IWC to commemorate its new 7 days automatic calibre in 2000. Stainless steel with a beautiful plexi crystal. Watch is in mint condition with only minor signs of wear (same applies to the genuine IWC alligator strap – after all, I didn’t wear the watch that much). Watch does not come with the wooden presentation box, since it was part of one of the 3 pieces set (platinum, rose gold and stainless steel). It does however come with: warranty card, extract from the archives and IWC service papers from 2010 (complete overhaul) and an IWC leather pouch. I have bought the watch from a well-known and serious dealer in December 2011. Watch and I are located in Zurich, Switzerland. Price for this beauty is Swiss Francs 9’900.00 plus s+i. Bank transfer.
