IWC Big Pilot s Watch 5002-03

For sale here is my Platinum IWC 5002. A truly rare and collectible watch, this is #176/500.

The watch is under warranty I believe, due to the crown being serviced and replaced last May (10 Months remaining).

Conservatively rating this watch at 92%, the watch shows sign of wear on the bezel, the clasp-buckle also has some swirls and thumbnail marks.

The watch is currently mounted on a brand new brown buffalo strap that gives the watch a completely different look from the standard black alligator, but the black alligator is included as well -- it is in well-used condition (90%).

The box however, has seen better days. It is complete, but one hinge is broken and the pillow that holds the watch inside is a little messed up too. See pictures for details. Of course, these do not affect the watch but I wanted to make note so there are no surprises for any potentially interested parties.

I am asking $25k net to me, which is I believe the lowest price for this watch on the internet; I am also open to trades but would ask slightly more in trade, call it closer to $28k trade value. I am definitely interested in a Rolex DSSD and cash my way; other than that please feel free to offer!

The watch and I are in NJ and I'd be happy to meet with you and show you the watch, but if that's not possible I am happy to ship it worldwide.
