Shipping is FREE within the USA. We ship via the USPS Priority insured mail or FedEx. Signature will be required upon arrival.

We ship internationally - buyer pays shipping and shipping insurance (to be determined based on location). Packages will arrive via FedEx shipping with shipping insurance. Watch Return Policy

Because of the nature of the product, we do not accept returns on NEW watches . This is to assure our buyers that a new watch bought from Panfield & Co. is unworn and in original factory condition.

We have a 3 day money back guarantee , no questions asked, return policy for used/pre-owned watches . Intention of return must be reported to us by the 3rd calendar day after delivery. Merchandise must be returned in original condition and packaging, with all of the contents (manuals, etc.), not worn or altered in any way. Please notify us by email for authorization and return details. Refunds will be processed 3-5 business days after the merchandise is delivered back to us. Shipping charges are not refunded. You are responsible for insuring the returned shipment. We ask that you please repackage the item very carefully so as to prevent damage in transit.

We extend a 1-year warranty (from date of purchase) that covers issues regarding time-keeping by the internal movement.
