Hello ! This is an 8 Day skeleton mantel clock, "La Lanterne", baguette movement, reference number 333, circa 1950's. It's approximately 19 x 11 cm, gold plating, silver, copper, plexiglass (lucite I think) paneling, coloring meant to invoke a flame

It's my first JLC, and it's gorgeous. You can see a video if it in action on the "tube" if you wish ... I don't believe I'm allowed to link to it here, however feel free to ask for a link, or Google the model number and you should be able to find the video of it I believe.
It's recently been cleaned, and comes with a 2 year warranty (a shop in the Dallas, TX area of the US in business for over 40 years). I was told by the shop it only loses about 30 seconds over an 8 day period, but I haven't noticed this. I am no expert, and being my first clock, I don't have the "eye" yet ... so it was difficult to decide whether to list it at GOOD or VERY GOOD. A few plexiglass craze marks (maybe just a few scratches ?) which show in the right light on the paneling, some tarnish, etc .... I tried to include detailed pics so hopefully it's perfections and imperfections can be seen, but in my eyes, it's beautiful of course (but I am biased haha).
It's only had one other owner that I'm aware ... a neighbor's mother who passed it on to him.
From researching, I've seen prices for this clock all over the map ... so hopefully I'm in the ballpark, especially considering it has a 2 year warranty at this point in time. I realize that will be of more use to someone who lives in the US of course. I also am willing to ship internationally ... buyer pays shipping either way and my shipping cost is an estimate for US shipping, but will increase depending on the buyer's location and/or wishes (my estimate is roughly a Priority Mail to US, with flat rate, insurance, well packed, no returns accepted, etc).
Feel free to make me an offer as well

Any questions, don't hesitate to ask. Thanks for your consideration
