Unlike the standard model, this piece is 42mm (as opposed to 40mm) and has a 180 degree arc that displays the second time zone. One of 120 pieces and long gone from Tourneau and difficult to find these days. The watch comes with box and papers. Selling for above price + shipping. Happy to do F2F.
